About the role
Working any 5 days from 7 on a variable shift pattern, you’ll support the day‑to‑day coordination of transport operations. You’ll work closely with customers, drivers, depots, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and deliveries are completed on time. You will be responsible for:

- Preparing daily transport plans and routing vehicles across the UK
- Coordinating subcontractor transport plans and external partners
- Communicating with customers and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
- Liaising with DFDS depots and internal departments to support operations

About you

A proactive, problem‑solving mindset, along with flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly, will help you succeed. You’ll fit right in if you’re confident, happy to work in a lively environment, and committed to keeping operations running smoothly. We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. Contrasting opinions, varied skills and strong characters bring out the best in us all.
