About the role
You will play a key role within a small, collaborative team responsible for ensuring the accurate capture of operational data and supporting effective revenue control processes. This position is central to maintaining administrative accuracy across terminal activities, ensuring the correct application of tariffs, and managing purchase orders in line with agreed timelines. Working closely with terminal operations, you will also support labour planning for both automotive and wider terminal activities, helping to ensure efficient and smooth dayâtoâday operations. This role will require you to work Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
You will be responsible for:
- Accurately capture and validate operational data to support revenue generation and reporting requirements.
- Apply the correct tariffs to a range of terminal activities, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with internal processes and agreed deadlines.
- Liaise with terminal teams to coordinate and support effective labour planning for automotive and terminal operations.
- Monitor, review, and maintain administrative records, ensuring any discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
