About the role
- Working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern within a busy operational environment.
- Safely and efficiently handle all types of cargo during port operations.
- Carrying out a range of terminal activities, including tug driving, rigging and signalling, forklift operation, and vessel planning.
- Adhering to all legislation, company policies, and safety procedures to ensure the wellbeing of all personnel.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Engaging openly and honestly with colleagues, taking ownership of your role and contributing to a collaborative, positive workplace culture.
