About the role
Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, you’ll support the day‑to‑day coordination of equipment and fleet administration across the European network. You’ll play a vital part in monitoring equipment movements, maintaining accurate records, responding to operational requests, and supporting fleet activity through strong communication and system accuracy.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating equipment movements and maintenance across European locations
- Compiling data, monitoring customer requests, and prioritising incoming tasks
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate operational records
- Responding to emails and phone calls professionally across multiple regions
- Using internal information platforms to support fleet and equipment operations
- Assisting with fleet maintenance administration and documentation
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
