About the role

Working predominantly on a any 5 from 7 shift pattern, days and nights, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately check-in freight and tourist vehicles/passengers at check-in booths or Driver's Reception.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while handling ticket sales (cash & card).
  • Assist with loading and discharging vessels, using hand-held UHF radios for communication.
  • Ensure Health & Safety best practices for colleagues and customers.
  • Process freight reservations via email and phone, meeting DFDS customer service standards.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with strong attention to detail.
