About the role
As a Retail Marketing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering retail marketing across our business. Acting as the strategic marketing link for Retail between the Onboard Services team and Group Marketing, you will identify opportunities to enhance customer value, drive revenue growth and maximise commercial performance across all retail touchpoints.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading on Strategic annual planning in line with Group Marketing & Retail Stakeholders and the wider business.
- Managing the retail campaign activation calendar, ensuring campaigns are planned, prioritised, and delivered in line with business objectives.
- Coordinating between Retail, Customer Experience teams, and external suppliers to deliver integrated campaigns across onboard, digital, and in-terminal channels.
- Briefing creative and marketing teams, monitoring campaign progress, and ensuring all assets and promotional materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Tracking campaign performance by reviewing sales data, customer feedback, and key performance metrics, using insights to optimise future retail activity.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and successful campaign delivery.
About you
You are a commercially minded marketing professional with experience delivering successful retail or trade marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. With at least five years' experience in a retail marketing, trade marketing, category marketing, commercial marketing, or similar role, you have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
You are an excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from internal teams to external suppliers and agency partners. Confident presenting ideas, influencing decisions, and collaborating across functions, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and organisation are essential.
You are comfortable analysing campaign performance, using data and insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve results. Above all, you bring a proactive approach, strong organisational & negotiation skills and a commercial focus that enables you to deliver measurable business outcomes.
