About the role

Working Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 on a Fixed Term Contract of 3 months, you’ll provide key administrative support across category, marketing, and operations teams. You’ll help ensure plans are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time, supporting a range of commercial and operational activities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Category Managers, marketing, and operations teams with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
  • Liaising with marketing teams and suppliers to support promotional activity
  • Managing weekly vessel/shop communications to ensure clarity and engagement
  • Implementing cost and retail price changes within the LS21 system
  • Setting up new product lines, promotions, and supporting forecasting activities
  • Maintaining accurate master data, ensuring ranging decisions are reflected correctly
  • Coordinating supplier and route visits, and supporting planogram management

About you

You’ll be a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to work accurately under pressure. You’ll have good organisational skills and be comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong IT skills are essential, particularly in Excel, along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in a retail or similar environment is desirable but not essential. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, reliable, and enjoy working collaboratively with different teams to keep things running smoothly.
