About the role

Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, you will be leading and developing both the operational and customer service functions at our Immingham Dock site, with full ownership of performance, service delivery, and commercial outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and managing key customer accounts
  • Building and analysing KPI reports across warehouse and transport operations
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing efficiency initiatives
  • Managing P&L, including rate reviews, spot quotes, and cost control
  • Working closely with commercial and strategic sales teams to grow the business
  • Leading projects, including digitalisation and standardisation initiatives

You will work closely with internal commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure SLAs are consistently met and exceeded.

About you

You will bring at least 3 years' experience in a customer service or operational role within a warehousing and transport environment. A qualification in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or forwarding would be advantageous.

You will be self‐motivated, organised, and detail‐focused, with a strong customer‐service mindset and a flexible, adaptable approach. Comfortable working in a fast‐moving environment, you will use your initiative to solve problems, drive improvements, and build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
