This new role is pivotal in ensuring consistent compliance standards during an exciting period of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will lead compliance oversight, strengthen frameworks, and act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for
- Overseeing compliance activities across multiple sites, ensuring policies, procedures, and standards are consistently applied.
- Monitoring regulatory requirements (BRCGS, MHRA, HACCP) and implement timely updates to maintain adherence.
- Leading and coordinating audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, ensuring operational readiness.
- Delivering training and guidance to staff on compliance protocols, SOPs, and regulatory changes.
- Providing clear reports and recommendations to senior management, addressing risks and opportunities for improvement.
About you
You will be an experienced compliance professional with a proven background in regulatory, technical, or quality-focused roles, ideally within warehousing, logistics, food, or pharmaceutical environments. With strong knowledge of frameworks such as BRCGS, HACCP, MHRA, and health & safety standards, you will bring both expertise and confidence to managing compliance across multi-site operations. You are comfortable leading audits and inspections, developing SOPs, and embedding robust quality systems, while also acting as a trusted point of contact for customers and regulatory bodies.
You’ll be a clear and effective communicator who can train, influence, and engage colleagues at all levels, with the ability to balance independent decision-making with collaborative teamwork. Adaptable and proactive, you thrive in dynamic environments and are willing to travel between sites to maintain consistent standards. Your experience within multi-temperature or food-grade warehousing will be a valuable asset in supporting the safe, compliant, and efficient growth of our operations.
