About the role

We are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused individual to help streamline and improve our marketing and content operations through automation. Working closely with teams across Martech, Analytics, Content, Activation, and Campaign Management, you will identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and enhance operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and delivering practical automation solutions that create measurable business value. Please note - this role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across key processes, including intake, brief-to-live workflows, content operations, tagging, and reporting.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows, integrations, and low-code solutions while ensuring compliance with governance, privacy, and security requirements.
  • Standardise processes, data fields, handoffs, and tracking mechanisms to improve accuracy, consistency, and visibility across teams.
  • Create clear workflow documentation, user guides, and training materials to support adoption and ensure best practice usage.
  • Monitor automation performance, measure benefits such as time savings and error reduction, and continuously improve and scale successful solutions.
