About the role

As our Business Administration Apprentice – Crewing, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our crewing operations with a focus on training and development. You will be involved in a wide variety of administrative tasks that directly support the readiness, compliance, and well-being of our crew members. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting crewing administration and training coordination, helping the team maintain high standards and deliver excellent service.
  • Maintaining crew training and personnel records in line with data protection policies.
  • Coordinating training courses and meetings, including logistics and materials.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for the crew and internal teams.
  • Supporting team events and projects with admin and research.
  • Using Microsoft Office and internal systems to track actions and manage communications.
  • Working towards your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship qualification.

You will be working in our Crewing team based in Whitfield, UK, which collaborates closely with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams. It is a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive environment where your contribution matters from day one.
