**A VALID Driving Licence is essential for this role!** Very few jobs have such an impact on peoples lives. And being the supportive human being you are, you are an ideal candidate to join us. We are currently recruiting for full time support workers to work in Staffordshire/Worcestershire.

Hours of work will be on a permanent two weekly rota with shift patterns covering our core operational hours. The role will include supporting our clients with personal care; accessing a variety of activities, promoting independence, inclusion and learning. We encourage our workers to work in a person centred way providing practical and emotional support children /young people in order to enable them to meet their goals and outcomes which are identified in their support plans.

Please note this is Community Support work - you will be working in people's individual homes. Home care. Essential Requirements Ability to demonstrate a can do approach that will give confidence to linkers/carers and families we are working with; A valid Driving licence Evidence of driving a manual car via video ILETS Valid TB test Valid Police clearance We do not offer maintenance therefore you must have the funds to secure accommodation, buy a car and insure the car with business cover within 10 days of arriving in the UK for work use.
