Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist palliative care to patients with complex clinical and psychosocial needs.
- Manage and coordinate a defined patient caseload, ensuring high-quality, individualized care.
- Offer expert advice on pain and symptom control, including physical, emotional, and spiritual support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Support patients and families in discussing and planning end-of-life care preferences.

Requirements & Qualifications:
