We are recruiting for a Residential Property Lawyer to join our team in Northampton. Handling a mixed caseload of both freehold and leasehold properties, the ideal candidate will:
- Be a Solicitor/CiLex/Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE or possess 6-8 years’ relevant experience
- Have experience of handling their own caseload
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Demonstrate previous knowledge and experience of working in residential property work
- Show a full understanding of the standards required in order to comply with The Law Society’s CQS accreditation
In addition to the above it is expected that the chosen candidate will:
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Have strong IT skills with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office products – experience of using a case management system is desirable
