As Senior Marketing Executive, you'll lead integrated marketing campaigns for our diverse portfolio of shows.

You will create creative strategies and data-driven approaches that will be instrumental in driving ticket sales and enhancing fan engagement.

You'll analyse customer data to shape marketing decisions, manage budgets, and develop engaging content that resonates with fans.

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the live entertainment, music, or events industry.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, marketing channels, and campaign optimisation.
  • Experience managing budgets and maximising ROI through effective spend allocation.
  • Ability to track and analyse key performance metrics to optimise campaigns and deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience with website management, social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Experience collaborating with internal design teams, agencies, and freelancers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A passion for all things marketing and a strong desire to learn, create, contribute, and innovate.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns for selected shows, identifying key audience segments and utilising optimal media channels to maximise awareness, ticket sales, and revenue while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Plan and implement campaign timelines, manage deadlines, and manage the marketing budgets for assigned shows.
  • Manage the creation of campaign assets for all your shows including approvals and distribution of all assets to artist, venue, ticketing agent, etc.
  • Manage the admin for all your shows including updating relevant boards, adding to websites, managing budgets and communicating with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure your shows are included in relevant joint marketing campaigns across website, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Develop creative content for your shows to increase awareness, drive ticket sales and increase revenue.
  • Create and develop the marketing strategy to raise awareness of the events and drive ticket sales, ensuring brand consistency and implementing innovative engagement strategies across all channels.
  • Attend live events to capture and create engaging content for use across various digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with promoters, agents, venues, key agencies, third parties, and partners.
  • Measure and evaluate marketing campaign results using relevant data to provide recommendations and refine future campaigns and present reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, digital tools, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the team with additional responsibilities as needed.
