YOUR NEW ROLE: We are looking for a proactive, delivery‑focused Business Analyst to join our Change and Technology team. You will support a portfolio of projects, small change and continuous improvement initiatives, taking end‑to‑end ownership of business analysis activities from initial problem definition through to delivery. The role requires an individual who can work across multiple initiatives in parallel, quickly understand business problems, assess feasible solutions, and drive outcomes at pace. You will work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams and technical colleagues to ensure improvements are well‑defined, prioritised, and successfully implemented across business processes and systems. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys ownership and accountability, and is motivated by delivering measurable improvements to how the business operates.
