Managing the full conveyancing cycle: From taking instructions, preparing and submitting legal documents (contracts, letters, Land Registry, HMRC forms) to handling exchange and completion.

Title Checking: Conducting thorough title checks (Freehold and Leasehold), in order to make informed decisions, avoid potential legal problems, and ensure a smooth property transaction.

Due Diligence: Ensure that the best interests of the client, any mortgage lender, and Dezrezlegal are adequately protected.
