Deyes High School is seeking a Senior Attendance Lead to drive attendance strategy and lead the Attendance Team. You will partner with senior leaders, families and external agencies to reduce absence and ensure pupils have the best chance to succeed through consistent attendance.
You will monitor attendance data, implement targeted interventions, conduct home visits and support safeguarding duties, working to raise life chances for young people.
