Deyes High School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Support Manager to join our safeguarding and pastoral team. This key role supports vulnerable pupils and their families to overcome barriers to learning, working closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead, pastoral teams and external agencies to provide targeted intervention, lead on safeguarding cases and ensure timely, effective support for those most in need.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children, young people and families, along with strong communication, organisational and relationship‑building skills. They will promote attendance, wellbeing and academic progress, maintaining high expectations and a child‑centred approach.
