The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the bars during their shifts. This includes providing excellent customer service, ensuring standards are met and procedures are followed correctly by the team on shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Passion for personal customer service and a professional attitude.
- Highly organised, punctual and capable of time management.
- At least 2 years experience working in the hospitality industry.
- Specific experience in high quality craft beer service.
- Experience in the service of cocktails, wines and spirits.
You will also be asked to complete a health declaration so that you can tell us about any health conditions or disabilities for which you may need us to make appropriate adjustments. If you are offered the post, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire which will be assessed by our Occupational Health Service Provider Rosebank, and the offer of employment will be subject to a successful outcome of this assessment.
