DEYA Brewing Company is a small brewery based in Cheltenham, UK specialising in fresh, hoppy beer and employs over 50 people. The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the bars during their shifts. This includes providing excellent customer service, ensuring standards are met and procedures are followed correctly by the team on shift.

Desirable selection criteria
- At least 2 years experience working in the hospitality industry

- Specific experience in high quality craft beer service
- Experience in the service of cocktails, wines and spirits
