- To encourage the purchase of Dexrail products and services by Rail contractors nationwide, helping to maintain and grow our existing relationships using your lighting knowledge and understanding of the Rail industry to help maximise our turnover.
- To act as a first point of contact for a selection of allocated accounts, visiting sites as and when required to problem solve, oversee trial installations, carry out lighting designs and undertake site surveys. As an account based position this could include travel throughout the UK.
- Follow all Quality Control guidelines set by the Company.
- Follow the requirements of the Company’s ISO Procedure.
- Follow the Company’s Health and Safety Policy, work instructions & safe systems of work.
Post requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Understanding of lighting schemes and controls.
- Ability to manage a project from conception to conclusion.
- Ability to sell at all levels.
- Good attitude and ability to self-motivate.
