1. Proven track record in Estate Agency New Homes or Residential Sales
2. Residential sales experience desirable
3. Cross selling multiple development sites using our business data base
4. Has a strong work ethic
5. Sales and Customer Service expert
6. Ambitious and self-motivated
7. Financially driven
8. Full Clean UK driving licence desirable
