A well-established MSP in Greater Manchester is looking for a customer‑focused Service Desk Engineer to join the service desk. If you're used to a fast‑moving ticket queue, enjoy client interaction and want to work across a broad range of technologies, this is worth a look.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as point of contact for client support requests
  • Providing remote and on‑site support across multiple client environments
  • Handling user onboarding and offboarding
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Regular client site visits for hands‑on support and hardware deployments

You’ll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing IT support or service desk role
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, essential for this role
  • Previous MSP experience
  • CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft certifications
