Our client, a market leader in their field, is looking to add an experienced IT Support Engineer to their team based in Barnsley. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a strong reputation within their sector for employee retention as a whole.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end IT support across the business and across client site, with a focus on Windows environments
- Support and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 platforms
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
- Occasionally travel to client sites across the UK (fully expensed)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a broad IT support role (1st to 3rd line)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Full UK driving license, own vehicle, and a valid passport (for occasional travel)
This role is fully on-site in Barnsley, Monday to Friday.
