We’re now looking for an analytic and collaborative Strategy Growth Associate to drive Cross-sell and Upsell revenue by building and scaling Dext’s Growth strategy. The role focuses on growing value from our existing customer base through data-led, product-led, and customer‑centric initiatives.

The role - what you’ll do as Strategy Growth Analyst:

  • Drive revenue expansion by identifying and executing cross‑sell, upsell, and adoption opportunities across the customer base.
  • Analyse customer and product data and regularly conduct customer research to uncover patterns, insights and opportunities that unlock monetisation potential.
  • Run structured testing and optimisation cycles, owning the experimentation for cross‑sell and upsell and reporting on learnings and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and BI to design and launch initiatives, supplemented by targeted high‑touch actions for high‑value accounts.
  • Establish a repeatable framework for cross‑sell and upsell execution, ensuring consistent measurement, iteration, and operational discipline.
  • Occasionally contact high‑value accounts to recommend relevant Dext solutions by showcasing the broader offering and gaining insight into their needs.

Success Metrics:

  • Drive strong revenue growth through increased bundle adoption, cross‑sell and upsell performance, reflected in stronger NRR and GRR.
  • Ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery of initiatives with clear impact tracking and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to turn insights into scalable, measurable commercial results.

About you - what we are looking for:

  • A sharp, analytical thinker who can turn customer and product data into clear hypotheses and experiments.
  • Solid experience (3y.+) in driving monetisation, cross‑sell, or customer expansion strategies, supported by solid experience in Growth, Customer Success, Engagement, or Consulting.
  • Strong ability to influence and align multiple teams, navigating both strategic and operational work with ease.
  • Solid with analytics, automation, and CRM tools and curious about and experienced with analytics and AI automation tools (e.g. Mixpanel, ChatGPT, n8n).
  • A customer‑focused, commercially driven mindset, paired with proactive execution, adaptability, and collaborative behaviour.
