The role involves reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, APAC, and is responsible for setting up and executing digital marketing campaigns across the APAC region, focusing on new business acquisition and partner expansion. The Marketing Executive will also support the coordination and logistics of events, working closely with local and global teams to deliver a cohesive regional marketing programme.
What you’ll do
- Digital campaigns: Set up and execute multi-channel campaigns aligned to regional goals, including email, paid digital, webinars, and nurture programmes. Manage the end-to-end setup of digital events and webinars – scheduling, asset briefing, and pre/post event campaigns – to drive MQLs and conversion. Support the setup of nurture campaigns based on prospect behaviour, working within frameworks developed with the Senior Marketing Manager. Set up and deploy expansion campaigns across existing Dext partners to surface opportunities for the Account Management team. Collaborate with the global campaign team, data team, and local sales to ensure effective lead capture, timely handover, and follow-up in line with internal SLAs. Monitor and report on campaign performance – MQLs, funnel metrics, and conversion rates – and flag opportunities for optimisation.
- Events: Support the coordination and logistics of in-person and virtual events, including vendor liaison, scheduling, and attendee communications. Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and global team to align event activity with broader campaign goals. Assist with pre- and post-event campaign setup to maximise engagement and lead generation.
- Global collaboration and content: Work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to coordinate cross-team execution with global stakeholders. Localise and distribute assets for new product releases or global initiatives.
- Budget administration: Record and track campaign and event spend, raise POs, coordinate invoice submission and payment, and support budget reporting.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing executive or specialist role, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
- Experience working within or alongside global teams, collaborating with both local and international stakeholders.

- Experience supporting or coordinating events (in-person or virtual).
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Clear communicator who works well cross-functionally.
