We are seeking an experienced and high-impact Senior People Partner to support our UK team as part of our Global People Partnering function.
The role, what you’ll do as Senior People Partner:
- Partner with UK leaders to drive smart, business-aligned people decisions
- Lead on employee relations matters with a pragmatic, risk-aware approach
- Localise and implement global people initiatives in the UK
- Coach leaders through change, performance conversations, and team evolution
- Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, development, engagement, and exits
- Collaborate with global COE’s to deliver consistent, high-impact practices
About you, what we are looking for:
- You thrive in a scale-up environment where things move quickly and no two days are the same.
- You are confident, solutions-focused, and comfortable balancing people's empathy with commercial awareness.
- 6-10 years’ experience as a People Partner / HRBP in the UK
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Experience handling employee relations independently
- Comfortable influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred)
