The role, what you will do:
- We are looking for a Head of Account Management to lead and scale our UK Account Management function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving customer retention, expansion revenue, and delivering an exceptional partner experience.
- You will build and inspire a high-performing team, shape our account management strategy, and play a key role in Dext's UK leadership team.
Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Own net revenue retention and expansion (upsell & cross-sell)
- Define and execute the account growth strategy across the UK
- Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline performance
- Unlock growth opportunities through value-based selling
Customer Experience & Relationships
- Build and nurture relationships with key strategic accounts
- Proactively reduce churn through engagement and risk management
- Champion the voice of the customer across Product, Marketing, and CS
- Lead on escalations and ensure a seamless customer experience
Leadership & Team Development
- Hire, coach, and scale a high-performing Account Management team
- Drive performance through KPIs, coaching, and continuous feedback
- Support career growth and create a culture of ownership and excellence
Operational Excellence
- Implement scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices
- Leverage data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making
