Dext is a fast-growing fintech transforming bookkeeping through AI and machine learning. Our platform empowers accountants, bookkeepers, and businesses to simplify accounting processes and make smarter, more timely financial decisions.

In 2024, Dext joined the IRIS Software Group, further strengthening our ability to deliver end-to-end accountancy solutions. We’ve achieved 99.5% data accuracy, saved over 35 million hours of manual data entry, and are trusted by 12,000 firms and 700,000 businesses globally. With integrations across all major accounting software and over 11,500 financial sources, we’re proud to be at the forefront of innovation in the accounting space.

We’re now looking for a creative, collaborative, and considered Content Manager (Ops & Delivery) to ensure smooth, efficient delivery of all brand and content projects. This role sits at the intersection of content creation, project management, and creative operations.

The role - what you’ll do as Content Manager (Creative Operations):

  • Own the systems and workflows that keep Dext’s creative team running smoothly, ensuring our brand and content projects move efficiently from concept to delivery, on time and on brand.
  • Lead end-to-end creative workflows and project delivery for brand campaigns, content initiatives, and regional requests.
  • Build and maintain frameworks: briefs, approval flows, asset libraries, and brand guidelines.
  • Track capacity and prioritise projects to balance demand with creative bandwidth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
  • Continuously refine processes to improve visibility, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Content Development:

  • Create or refine high-impact content across key formats, website copy, campaign messaging, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Ensure every piece of content aligns with brand strategy, tone, and positioning.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance workflow and scale output while maintaining quality and voice.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

  • Act as primary point of contact for Brand & Content requests from regional marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Run the intake process for teamwork: evaluate requests, scope projects, and set realistic timelines.
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners to understand needs and deliver valuable work.
  • Create enablement materials (templates, guidelines, training) that empower teams to execute brand-consistent work independently.
  • Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, keeping communication clear and transparent.

About you - what we are looking for:

  • You’re a strategic yet hands‑on operator who thrives at the intersection of creativity and process.
  • You bring structure to ambiguity, communicate clearly, and know how to keep complex projects moving.
  • You’re confident managing stakeholders and setting boundaries with diplomacy and trust.
  • Maybe you started in content and moved into operations, or the other way around; either way, you understand both the art and the architecture of great content.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Solid experience in content, brand, or creative operations (agency or B2B in‑house).
  • Proven record managing multi‑stakeholder creative projects from brief to delivery.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong understanding of B2B messaging.
  • An operational mindset: you build systems and frameworks that make teams more effective.
  • Skilled at stakeholder management: you align priorities, negotiate deadlines, and build trust.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, agencies, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Confident using tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com, and comfortable using data to track performance.

How You Work:

  • Strategic and executional: you understand the “why” behind creative decisions and deliver with precision.
  • Collaborative: you connect dots across Marketing, Sales, Product, and external partners.
  • Adaptable: you build structure in fast‑changing environments.
  • Customer‑focused: You care about outcomes and impact, not just deliverables.

What you’ll be part of, our values and culture:

  • We are a fast‑paced, ambitious FinTech organisation. Despite our scale, we maintain the agility of a start‑up.
  • Our values guide everything we do:
    • Be Brave - Everyone has a voice and the opportunity to challenge the status quo.
    • Be Exceptional - We strive for excellence in everything we do.
    • Be Together - We succeed as a team, and individual success is inseparable from team success.

What we offer, the perks:

  • A competitive salary.
  • Flexible working.
  • 25 days off plus bank holidays, volunteering days, summer hours and a day off the week of your birthday.
  • Employer‑paid private medical insurance and health cash plan (Medicash - reloadable shopping cards, cinema ticket discounts, online discounts and more!).
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Payroll giving.
  • Income protection.
  • Mental health support through Help@Hand.
