The role, what you’ll do as Marketing Manager: Reporting to the Director, Field Marketing, North America, you will develop and execute integrated marketing communications initiatives that drive engagement and generate leads across North America. You will also lead the coordination of virtual and in‑person events, ensuring strong visibility and impact.
- Develop and execute marketing communications strategies to grow Dext’s presence across the US and Canada
- Create compelling narratives, assets, and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Partner with Product Marketing and domain experts to build strong initiatives tailored to the North American market
- Own and contribute to content creation in French and English across multiple formats: sales decks, nurture campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, case studies, blogs, scripts, video content, and sales enablement materials
- Plan and execute webinars, hosted and sponsored events, and trade shows across North America, including pre‑ and post‑event campaigns
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to amplify regional campaigns and monitor performance
- Work closely with regional and global marketing stakeholders to align messaging, manage timelines, and ensure on‑time delivery of marketing initiatives
- Track campaign performance and contribute to continuous optimization across North America
About You, What We’re Looking For: Our NA Marketing team is looking for a proactive, results‑driven marketer who is ready to take ownership and elevate our brand presence across the US and Canadian markets. You’re hands‑on, strategic, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced B2B SaaS environment. You bring energy, structure, and a growth mindset and you’re excited to take your marketing and business impact to the next level.
Core Requirements- Fully bilingual in English and French (professional fluency required)
- Strong understanding of content marketing, copywriting, event marketing, and social media strategy
- Proven experience managing trade shows, conferences, and event logistics
- Comfortable facilitating webinars and virtual events using platforms such as Zoom or Livestorm
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across leadership and global teams
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with exposure to the accounting, bookkeeping, or fintech industry would be a plus!
