We are seeking an experienced and high-impact Senior People Partner to support our UK team as part of our Global People Partnering function.
The role, what you’ll do as Senior People Partner:
- As our Senior People Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to UK leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle while ensuring we stay compliant, pragmatic, and people‑first.
- You’ll play a key role in shaping a high‑performing, inclusive culture, embedding global initiatives locally and helping leaders make confident, effective people decisions.
Partner with UK leaders to drive smart, business‑aligned people decisions.
- Lead on employee relations matters with a pragmatic, risk‑aware approach.
- Localise and implement global people initiatives in the UK.
- Coach leaders through change, performance conversations, and team evolution.
- Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, development, engagement, and exits.
- Collaborate with global COE’s to deliver consistent, high‑impact practices.
About you, what we are looking for:
- You thrive in a scale‑up environment where things move quickly and no two days are the same.
- You are confident, solutions‑focused, and comfortable balancing people’s empathy with commercial awareness.
- 6‑10 years’ experience as a People Partner / HRBP in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Experience handling employee relations independently.
- Comfortable influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred).
