We are seeking an experienced and high-impact Senior People Partner to support our UK team as part of our Global People Partnering function.

The role, what you’ll do as Senior People Partner:

  • As our Senior People Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to UK leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle while ensuring we stay compliant, pragmatic, and people-first.
  • You’ll play a key role in shaping a high-performing, inclusive culture, embedding global initiatives locally and helping leaders make confident, effective people decisions.
  • Partner with UK leaders to drive smart, business-aligned people decisions.
  • Lead on employee relations matters with a pragmatic, risk-aware approach.
  • Localise and implement global people initiatives in the UK.
  • Coach leaders through change, performance conversations, and team evolution.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, development, engagement, and exits.
  • Collaborate with global COE’s to deliver consistent, high-impact practices.

About you, what we are looking for:

  • You thrive in a scale-up environment where things move quickly and no two days are the same.
  • You are confident, solutions-focused, and comfortable balancing people’s empathy with commercial awareness.
  • 6-10 years’ experience as a People Partner / HRBP in the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • Experience handling employee relations independently.
  • Comfortable influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred).
