- Experiencia en coordinar y supervisar promociones, ofertas y actividades de marketing.
- Desarrollo de estrategias de ventas a los asesores orientadas al logro.
- Supervisión de asesores comerciales a cargo.
- Realización de reportes comerciales a Gerencia.
- Se valora manejo de personal a cargo en ventas.
- Liderar y gestionar equipo comercial.
- Conocimiento en indicadores de gestión de ventas.
