Requisitos:
- Egresados en la carrera de ciencias de la comunicación, Marketing o afines.
- Experiencia laboral comprobada como community manager y video maker.
- Conocimientos en marketing online.
- Dominio de redes sociales.
- Cursos en Marketing Digital, Meta Ads y Google Ads.
- Excelente redacción, ortografía, gramática y capacidad de edición de contenidos (indispensable).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial.
- Disponibilidad para laborar en Lince o Breña.
Funciones:
- Gestionar y optimizar la comunicación de la marca en redes sociales (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de contenido digital alineados a la marca.
- Monitorear y responder los comentarios, mensajes y menciones.
- Realizar grabaciones y edición de videos de la marca.
- Investigar sobre tendencias y oportunidades en redes sociales.
- Elaborar el calendario editorial y matriz de contenido.
- Crear campañas en Meta Ads y Google Ads, y presentar reportes de resultados a gerencia.
- Diseñar y publicar contenido creativo de alto impacto (reels, stories, etc.).
Horario:
- Lunes a Viernes: 8:30 am a 6:00 pm
- Sábados: 8:30 am a 1:00 pm
