  • Egresada(o) o bachiller universitario de Administración / Contabilidad y carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 01 año en puestos afines.
  • Microsoft Excel: nivel intermedio (mínimo indispensable).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Lince.

CUÁLES SERÁN TUS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES?

  • Gestionar la agenda, programando reuniones.
  • Coordinaciones de compras de materiales, etc.
  • Emisión, envío de órdenes de compra a proveedores y recepción de facturas.
  • Gestionar la central telefónica.
  • Atender visitas, coordinar reuniones y gestionar requerimientos para las mismas.
  • Velar por el buen estado y conservación de la infraestructura, instalaciones y equipamiento del local.
  • Apoyo administrativo en la sede.
