Description: Dexory is hiring a permanent, full-time Legal Counsel to join its small, commercially focused legal team. This is a hands‑on, generalist in‑house role where you will take ownership of commercial contracting, supplier agreements, and compliance programs as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts, acting as the lead negotiator.
- Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and other business units to conduct risk assessments and secure approvals.
- Assist the General Counsel with compliance, litigation support, and program development.
