Dexory is seeking a permanent, full-time Legal Counsel in Wallingford, Oxfordshire (Hybrid – 1 day onsite, Mondays preferred). The role requires a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3–5 years PQE and proven experience in commercial contract management and negotiation within a technology or SaaS environment.
You will draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts, collaborate with Procurement and IT, and support the General Counsel with compliance and program development.
