The Role

We are looking for a passionate in-house Software/Tech Recruiter to support our rapid growth across all sectors, including but not limited to Software, Autonomy, and Robotics. You will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, delivering offers, coordinating onboarding, and managing internal stakeholders. This role will be hybrid, requiring 2 days onsite per week at our Wallingford facilities.

Your main responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with internal hiring managers and the People Team on managing hiring needs.
  2. Headhunt skilled candidates and create job adverts through LinkedIn and other job boards.
  3. Coordinate diaries and schedule interviews.
  4. Provide feedback to all participants in the process.
  5. Maintain and update ATS and related documents for stakeholder and investor reports.
  6. Extend offers and collect relevant documents, including Right to Work documentation.
  7. Assist with onboarding and inductions of new recruits.
  8. Support the People Team with continuous improvement processes, company branding, and other HR-related tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  1. At least 3-4 years of experience as a Recruiter or Resourcer, ideally in a tech environment.
  2. Experience managing the entire hiring process, from stakeholder engagement to candidate management, including sourcing, interviewing, offer relaying, and onboarding.
  3. Proficiency in writing engaging job descriptions and posting on various channels.
  4. Experience using ATS/CRM systems and maintaining them daily.
  5. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
