We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration Administrator to lead the integration and optimization of key enterprise systems, including Tulip (MES), 3DX (PDM), bespoke service apps and Katana (inventory management). This role is critical to ensuring seamless data flow, system interoperability, and operational efficiency across our digital infrastructure.
Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Tulip, 3DX, and Katana to ensure data consistency and process automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Finance, Stores & Goods In) to understand system requirements and business processes.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, integration workflows, and change management.
- Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance standards are met across all integrated systems.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by recommending and implementing integration enhancements.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners when needed for third-party system integration.
- Proven experience in systems integration, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing/engineering systems and products.
- Familiarity and experience with inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, middleware tools, and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.
- Effective communication and project coordination abilities.
