Dexory is hiring to join our robotics-enabled logistics team in Reading. You will diagnose and resolve robot issues beginning at L1, reading logs, inspecting ROS topics, and interacting with CAN.
You’ll triage, configure, and restart services, escalating with clear evidence when needed. You’ll also author playbooks to prevent repeat incidents, train L1 and Deployment teams, and feed recurring problems to Fleet Reliability for permanent fixes.
