We are looking for a Chief of Staff Execution Lead to work directly with the Chief of Staff on the highest priority initiatives across the business. Where operations own the company's operating rhythm, cadences and data frameworks, this role is different. You are the person the Chief of Staff deploys onto specific problems: unblocking stalled initiatives, chasing actions to closure and building the tools and processes that make the whole company move faster.
Someone who gets things done, does not take no for an answer and is comfortable holding people senior to them to account with professionalism and tact. Ideal focus would be someone with experience in roles such as founders associate, operations or similar and technical academic background such as degree in computer science or similar.
- Special Projects: Take ownership of discrete, high priority internal projects assigned by the Chief of Staff, from scoping through to delivery and handover.
- Efficiency Implementation: Identify friction in how the company operates and implement practical fixes, from process changes to tooling improvements.
- Centre of Excellence: Help establish a centre of excellence for efficiency and speed, codifying best practice on how Dexory plans, executes and delivers so it can be reused across teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Operations Manager and department leads so that project work lands cleanly alongside existing operating cadences.
- Assigned projects and initiatives are delivered and executed on time, with slippage flagged and recovered early.
- Stakeholder Confidence: The Chief of Staff and executive team trust that anything handed to this role will get done without being chased.
- A track record of delivering projects end to end, including examples of pushing work over the line against resistance.
- Comfortable identifying inefficiencies and solving them quickly with practical solutions, whether that is process automation, workflow tools or building something yourself, such as a tracker in Excel, from scratch.
- You default to building a solution today rather than requesting one for next quarter.
