The Program Manager Support role is responsible for coordinating the operational activities that keep the program running smoothly. This role works closely with the Program Manager to support governance, documentation, scheduling, and communication across workstreams, ensuring delivery remains on track and well-coordinated. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-stream delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Operations & Coordination:
- Maintain program RAID logs, action logs, and supporting documentation
- Track program deliverables and follow up with workstream leads to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate operational activities that support program execution
- Governance & Reporting:
- Support governance forums by preparing agendas, meeting packs, and capturing minutes
- Maintain status trackers and reporting templates to support program-level visibility
- Ensure program artefacts are up to date and audit-ready for governance reviews
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication flows across workstreams, stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Organize and support workshops, forums, and cross-team working sessions
- Act as a central coordination point to ensure information is shared clearly and consistently
