Technical Support Engineer – Platform Technologies

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a world‑class client in the software development sector. The role features hybrid work: 2 days per week onsite in Staines.

Employment details: Temporary placement (via Dexian) for 12 months, with high potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position.

The Global Technical Support team is diverse, creative, and fast‑growing. They provide 24/7 support from centers in Australia, India, Ireland, Japan, the Netherlands, the UK, and the US. This role is part of the Platform Technologies team, responsible for platform and data integrity. Key focus areas include database integrity, upgrades, plugin installations, cloning, reporting, performance analytics, artificial intelligence, and developer support tools.

Responsibilities

  • Work on and resolve technical issues reported by internal and external customers.
  • Maintain impeccable case hygiene and customer‑related files and records.
  • Act as a customer advocate, providing support to users
