Regional Delivery and Recruiting Manager – Europe

Dexian Europeare looking for an experienced ShareDo Low Code Configurator / Developer for our client, a multifaceted legal service provider. You as the ideal candidate will already have hands on experience of Low Code software configuration generically and ShareDo specifically. You will also have specific experience with the automated legal practices workflow management platforms. The implementation will integrate into other industry proven SaaS solutions. You will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with varied Legal stakeholders to deliver exceptional solutions matching their business requirements. This is a full time, open ended, remote employment role that offers an attractive, industry competitive package.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise a low code workflow automation platform to meet the clients unique work type requirements.
• Build workflows for complex tasks whilst ensuring clarity and efficiency gains.
• Configuration will include but not limited to, work types, portals, forms, document templates and automation processes to support workflows.
• Collaborate with other configurators, business analysts and stakeholders to help gather business requirements and translate them into workflow designs.
• Deploy configuration changes through platform environments.
• Support system testing and troubleshooting to resolve configuration issues.
• Maintain documentation of configuration, high level and detailed process changes, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay updated on ShareDo features and industry best practices to continually improve workflow and configuration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in configuring and customising Low Code platforms.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process management in a legal environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Deep understanding of product development approaches and supporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Experience with integrating a platform with external tools and products, as well as workflows using API’s.
• Understanding of the database schemas and reporting model to support Technical and Business Intelligence deliverables if needed.
