Events Content Producer

We seek to join our Dexian embedded team supporting our client, a market leader in the arena of cloud platform workforce automation applications, a Events Content Producer for high profile, actual, hybrid and digital events to employees and customers across the EMEA region This is a full-time employee role that is hybrid. The role will involve travel to manage events across the EMEA region.

We seek an experienced and motivated individual to produce and strategize on development of live events globally for our client. This role will plan, coordinate, and own production events from start to finish with a service-oriented focus on delivering great experiences to employee, partners and end customer audiences both from a technical and superlative live production perspective. The role involves all aspects and phases of production including scope and requirements gathering, budgeting, internal and external resource management, interaction with other groups on a day-to-day basis, and an advanced grasp of production technologies. This role will also help build out the events strategy, platforms, process, and technology in new geographies globally. Previous experience in scaling events in large corporate environments where a global footprint is required.

• You as the successful candidate will own, manage, and produce multiple large events each quarter in EMEA regions.
• Oversee event expansion into new markets and geographies globally.
• Participate in ideation and build-out of production and events strategy and solutions internally
• Identify and respond to service gaps with primary focus on employee satisfaction and frictionless experience
• Understand company branding, story, and message to align with corporate communications, marketing, and other stakeholders
• Bring excellent communications and organizational skills to work in a dynamic team environment with focus on high growth
• Develop and oversee project budgeting, external vendors, and contractors as needed
• Own buildout of internal partnerships and cross functional processes between various departments and stakeholders
• Create and maintain documentation for best practices and production
