We seek a Campaign Program Manager to join our world-class client, one of the leading and most advanced Software Development companies. Hybrid Work: 2 days/week onsite in London. Employment Type: Temporary Placement (via us – Dexian) – Temporary Agency Worker Employment Contract. Duration: 6 months (high potential for extension). Hours per Week: 40 (Full-time).

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Sponsorship Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated global sponsorship campaigns from start to finish.
  • Develop annual and seasonal campaign calendars aligned with brand priorities and business goals.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional workflows to ensure flawless execution.
  • Turn Assets into Impactful Storytelling: Oversee activation of sponsorship rights across campaigns and projects.
  • Manage asset delivery, approvals, and coordination with agencies, rights-holders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure assets are effectively used across digital, social, broadcast, experiential, and internal channels.
  • Maintain toolkits and playbooks to maximize sponsorship value and consistency.
  • Drive Integrated Marketing Impact: Partner with brand, media, PR, and regional marketing teams to bring sponsorships to life across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Champion creative and innovative digital and experiential activations to boost reach and engagement.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Support campaign measurement and reporting to assess performance and impact.
  • Provide clear insights and recommendations to improve future activations and execution standards.
