The Role
- Dexerto is on the hunt for a talented Short-Form Video Editor to join our team. You’ll play a key role in maximising the reach of our content across social platforms, working with a dynamic team to produce and edit engaging video content tailored for digital audiences.
What You Will Do
- Identify standout moments from Dexerto Originals to create engaging, monetisable social clips.
- Edit videos in various formats (vertical, landscape, IG) for X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- Generate on-brand captions and publish across Dexerto’s channels.
- Work with the Head of Social and Head of Production to analyse content performance and optimise output.
- Stay plugged into trends across YouTube, TikTok, and digital storytelling to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements
- Available to work core hours in GMT time zones.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and what makes content perform.
- Experience and knowledge of the online influencer world
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere (and ideally After Effects or motion graphics tools).
- Demonstrated experience editing and producing short and long-form content.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and respond quickly to feedback.
