Dexerto is seeking a Senior Influencer & Talent Relations Manager to lead and evolve our talent and influencer partnerships function across gaming, streaming, entertainment, and internet culture. Although this is a fully remote role, we are seeking somebody based in the UK. This is a senior, high-impact leadership role for someone with deep industry relationships, strong commercial instincts, and a genuine understanding of the creator economy.

We are looking for an experienced operator — ideally from an agency, talent management, creator partnerships, or media background — who can own the department, shape strategy, establish best practices, and act as the leading voice internally and externally for all things talent and influencer relations. For the right candidate, this role has significant scope to evolve into a Head of or Director-level position as the function continues to scale globally.

You will play a central role in how Dexerto sources, negotiates, manages, and activates talent across editorial, video, social, branded content, commercial partnerships, events, and platform programming. This role requires someone who understands both the creative and commercial sides of the influencer ecosystem — from creator relationships and campaign execution through to metrics such as CPM, performance delivery, audience fit, and commercial value.

The ideal candidate will already have extensive relationships across gaming, esports, streaming, influencer, entertainment, and creator management circles, and will be confident operating with senior agencies, talent representatives, creators, platforms, and brand stakeholders. This is not simply a coordination role — it is an opportunity to build and lead a strategically important function within one of the leading brands in gaming and internet culture media.

The successful candidate will help define Dexerto’s long-term creator and talent strategy, influence commercial direction, and play a key role in shaping how the business operates within the wider entertainment and creator ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities
  • Department Leadership & Strategy
  • Own and lead Dexerto’s influencer and talent relations function across editorial and commercial operations
  • Develop and execute the long-term strategy for creator, influencer, and talent partnerships
  • Establish scalable processes, workflows, and operational standards across the department
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on creator partnerships, influencer strategy, and talent engagement
  • Educate wider teams on industry trends, platform developments, pricing structures, CPMs, creator value, and partnership best practices
  • Identify new partnership opportunities, content formats, and creator-led growth initiatives
  • Help shape the future structure and direction of the department as the business continues to scale
  • Industry Relationships & Representation
    • Build and maintain senior relationships across talent agencies, creator management companies, PR firms, publicists, platforms, and directly represented creators
    • Develop long-term strategic relationships across gaming, esports, streaming, entertainment, and internet culture
    • Act as a senior external representative of Dexerto within the creator and entertainment ecosystem
    • Represent Dexerto at key industry events, creator activations, launches, conventions, esports tournaments, and networking opportunities
    • Maintain strong awareness of emerging creator trends, agency movements, talent rosters, and platform developments
  • Commercial & Client Integration
    • Partner closely with Sales, Creative Strategy, Editorial, Video, Social, and Production teams
    • Support commercial pitches, branded content proposals, and talent-led campaign strategy
    • Advise on creator selection, campaign structuring, audience fit, pricing, CPM expectations, and commercial performance
    • Support client servicing where required, acting as a senior creator partnerships lead within campaigns and presentations
    • Identify scalable commercial opportunities involving creators, influencers, and talent partnerships
    • Work closely with leadership to help position talent and creator partnerships as a core revenue-driving area of the business
  • Negotiation & Talent Management
    • Lead negotiations with creators, managers, agents, and representatives with professionalism and commercial discipline
    • Manage complex talent relationships and high-profile engagements with discretion and strong judgment
    • Ensure a best-in-class experience for creators and talent working with Dexerto
    • Oversee campaign execution and talent deliverables across multiple simultaneous projects
    • Protect and strengthen Dexerto’s reputation across the gaming, creator, and entertainment industries
    • Resolve talent or partnership issues proactively and professionally
    Candidate Profile

    The ideal candidate will bring:

    • 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, creator partnerships, talent management, or agency-side representation
    • A strong existing network across gaming, esports, streaming, influencer, entertainment, and creator management industries
    • Experience operating at a senior level within an agency, media company, management business, publisher, or creator-focused organisation
    • Deep understanding of creator economy metrics including CPMs, engagement metrics, performance KPIs, campaign valuation, and branded content strategy
    • Strong commercial awareness and experience supporting revenue-generating partnerships and campaigns
    • Demonstrated success managing high-profile creators, talent relationships, and external stakeholders
    • Strong understanding of gaming culture, internet culture, and the wider creator ecosystem
    • Experience contributing to commercial pitches, client strategy, presentations, and partnership development
    • Confidence operating as a senior voice internally and externally
    • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence teams and shape department direction
    • High emotional intelligence and exceptional relationship-building skills
    • Strong organisational and operational mindset with the ability to build scalable systems and processes
    • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-growth digital media environment
    • Willingness to travel when required for events, activations, meetings, and industry opportunities
