Dexerto is seeking an Influencer Manager (Talent) to support our Director of Talent Relations across all editorial and commercial initiatives. This is not a recruitment role. Based in the UK, this role will focus on identifying and securing talent globally, ensuring Dexerto continues to build strong connections with creators, streamers, influencers, and celebrity talent.
The Talent Manager will work closely with editorial and commercial leads to source and manage talent for interviews, shows, podcasts, events, and branded campaigns. You'll maintain and grow relationships with agencies, managers, and talent worldwide while ensuring smooth delivery of activations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about gaming, influencer culture, and entertainment, and who thrives in a fast‐paced environment.
Responsibilities- Support the Director of Talent Relations in delivering Dexerto's global talent strategy
- Identify, source, and secure talent across gaming, entertainment, and digital culture for editorial and commercial projects
- Build and maintain relationships with talent, agencies, and managers globally
- Coordinate talent bookings across multiple projects and departments
- Act as a liaison between talent, internal teams, and external partners
- Track and manage talent involvement in campaigns, ensuring professional delivery
- Provide input on Dexerto's long‐term talent growth strategy
- Lead and coordinate briefing and reporting for talent deliverables
- UK-based with the ability to work flexibly with international talent and partners
- Experience working with talent in gaming, influencer or entertainment industries
- Excellent knowledge of the global creator and entertainment landscape
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Confident communicator and negotiator, both written and verbal
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with talent and agencies
- Proactive, solutions‐driven, and passionate about gaming and entertainment
